Schoolbinder is made up of an awesome team of web developers and professionals who have a passion for education, technology, and developing great web applications. Read a little bit more about who we are and where we come from below.
Strategy and Business Development
Roderick Silva is one of the founders of Schoolbinder. His love for technology started 30 years ago during the days of floppy disk and tape drives. Born and raised in New York City, Roderick is a product of the NYC DOE and Queens College. Nowadays you'll find Roderick inside schools, barging into boring department meetings and high-fiving students in the hallway. Find him at rodericksilva.com and @rodericksilva and tell him your thoughts on making Schoolbinder better fit your needs.

User Experience, Mobile Development, Legal
Andrew Gioia heads development of the Schoolbinder mobile application and handles most of the visual and user experience aspects of the website. Andrew grew up on the Internet, developing a variety of web applications and tools in much of his free time, and has recently graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in May of 2010. He maintains his personal space at andrewgioia.com and is sometimes found @andrewgioia.
